How to submit safely
- Share what you directly observed, and separate facts from assumptions.
- If uploading photos/docs elsewhere, remove metadata (EXIF/location) first.
- Avoid posting sensitive private details that are unrelated to public accountability.
- Keep your Tip ID and Secret Code private so only you can add updates.
